Families, you have the option to take part in either hybrid learning or to continue with virtual learning. If you would like to remain virtual, please use this link to the EBR form (even if you previously completed the survey); please be sure to complete the survey by September 8th: Remain Virtual
We have also attached the entire announcement released by EBR Public Schools.

Hello parents!! We are going to have a very busy day tomorrow in preparation
of the new school year!! We will conduct our Administrative Open House that I will lead to answer any questions that you still may have about the upcoming school year and to review Woodlawn Elementary’s goals for the year. The meeting will be conducted via Zoom,zoom.us/ and here is the meeting information:

Teachers will also be distributing informational packets as well as log-in information in our drive- through tomorrow. The times will be staggered; if you have children in multiple grades, please come at the time of the youngest child and you can receive the materials for the older children at the same time.
We will also be selling WES Spirit shirts for $8.00, WES Sweatshirts for $12.00, planners for $5.00, and will be preordering The Power of Yet spirit shirts for $10.00. We are only accepting cash tomorrow.
Lastly, our Chromebook distribution will be tomorrow during the drive-through. We have a device for each child, not just one per household, and students are encouraged to use these district issued devices.
If you can’t make it tomorrow, you can either send a representative or you can pick up the materials next week.
WES can’t wait for our first day of school on Monday, August 10th!!!!! Let us know if you have any questions!!!

FAQs for Parents... Part 2
HELLO WOODLAWN FAMILY!!! We wanted to share information regarding class schedules. All students will have a lunch break from 11:30 - 12:30. Students will also have recess & brain breaks from 10:00 - 10:15 & 2:00 - 2:15. Kindergarten through Fifth grade will also have an ancillary class each day, such as PE, Music/Theater, Art, Technology, Library and Growth Mindset.These times will differ depending on the grade level. Take a look at a few samples schedules!!! |
